Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate all clients as best we can.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client on our waiting list and helps our clinic run smoothly.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged and may require full prepayment for future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and that of other clients.

No-Show Policy

We understand that life can get busy and unexpected situations may arise. However, failing to attend a scheduled appointment without notice impacts our team and other clients waiting for availability.

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. As we have not previously taken deposits, please note that a no-show fee may be charged to cover the time and resources allocated to your booking.

Additionally, if a no-show occurs, full payment may be required upfront for any future appointments at the time of booking.

We kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your cooperation allows us to continue offering high-quality care and availability to all clients.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of your appointment. We do not offer delayed or invoiced payments.

For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any product purchases, so please choose carefully when selecting skincare or retail items. If a product is faulty or causes a reaction, please contact us promptly so we can assess and assist in line with Australian consumer law.

Gift Vouchers Policy

Gift vouchers purchased from Tiffany Matthewson Dermal Aesthetics are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Vouchers are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated, and must be used before the expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for services and retail products offered within the clinic but cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

Please treat your voucher like cash—lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the voucher.

Pricing Policy

All prices listed for treatments and products are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, we will always honour the quoted price at the time of your confirmed booking.

Occasionally, we may offer seasonal promotions or limited-time discounts. These offers are valid only during the specified time frame and cannot be applied to past or future appointments outside of the promotion period.

Treatment plans and packages are tailored to each client and pricing may vary depending on the complexity, duration, and number of sessions required. Any changes to treatment costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to proceeding.
